Jerick Kim is a medical student at Wayne State University School of Medicine (expected 2029). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of California, San Diego, and an Associate of Arts in General Science from Santa Monica College, where he was recognized on the Dean's Honors List and inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Jerick has a diverse research background spanning biology education research, molecular neuroscience, and clinical/translational studies. His current research includes contributions to a multi-author study on innovative endovascular chemotherapeutic delivery strategies for glioblastoma alongside Brandon Lucke-Wold's research group. He has presented his work at national conferences including SABER, AMA, and APHA.
